Unless Im overlooking it, is there a Plugin or way that I can change the order of the way things appear on my Posts? For instance, I’d like to have the Comments box below the Author’s Box, and Related Posts etc… down lower in the layout.

Hi,
That would only be possible by making modifications to the post template files. This would be a similar topic to move the comments section which by default is displayed at the bottom of the post page
