i have two licenses, but with wordprerss altervista.org don’t work is incompatible .
if install any demos, wordpress say
“tagdiv importerdetected an error. the imporeter will try to revover and continue to install after your clickok on thi dialog”.

I suspect this problem comes from your hosting provider which might do not have enough memory and that’s why that error appears on the frontend when you try to import a demo. I suggest you consult your hosting provider and request to them to increase your system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also, if the problem persists, try to change the hosting provider to another one.
