License activation error

Hi,

I have a valid license with tagDiv that I bought that had already been activated with Newspaper 7 and that now does not work with the update Newspaper 8. When I enter the information (buy code Envato, ID server and tagDiv key) that I request the activation form , It is not activated (in Theme Status, the legend continues that it is not registered in tagDiv). Thank you for your help in resolving this problem.

Hi,

Please download the theme package again, and install the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
The try to activate it again. It should work properly.

Worked for me too after clearing cache.
