Hi, I have the Newspaper theme I bought currently running on https://gamerdiscovery.com
I’m currently developing a new website on my computer (localhost with WAMP) I was wondering, may I use this theme on the offline localhost machine and if I decide it works as intended buy a 2nd license of this theme for the second website once I want to launch it?

Hi,
If you are make the testing on sub-domain or localhost you have no problem with the license agreement.
