Hi,
I just finish the website I was developing with your theme, but now that I’m making the final tests I realice that from time to time when I click on the logo to go back to the home or sometimes just when I first enter the website, it suddendly stop loading.

Hi,
Maybe there are errors, check with the browser inspector tool in the console. Potential errors can be seen there.
Then check the basics, theme requirements guide

Check if plugins are the cause, check theme modification if you made any, check custom code used, also child theme. Check with hosting to see if anything happened.
