Where i can change the background, code (enter facebook login) in login pop-out on top bar?

Hi,

The background of the modal window can be changed in the theme panel. If the mobile theme plugin is not enabled these are the settings

Facebook or social login is not available in the theme. That could only be done by modifications to the theme files or through a plugin. Similar topic here

This could be available by default in the theme, after a future update. I cannot say for sure however.
