When I copy the HTML form code for my MailerLife embed form, it doesn’t do anything. It won’t display my MailerLite form.

How do I fix this?

Hello,

If you have a shortcode of the form, you can set the shortcode in column text or text with title in text zone => https://www.screencast.com/t/uDXaxJ8JSKFB and see if this work. The shortcode is automatically saved, you can set it on pages.

Thank you!

Thanks! I tried that also but every time I click on “Edit Content” and it pops up the WP Editor, it just loads and never opens. I am using Chrome. Should I try and different browser?

Hello,

Please check if this code is missing from your .htaccess: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Usually, after you set the code in .htaccess the WP editor works well.

Thank you!

It was. I added it at the end of the .htaccess file. But it still will not let me open the WP Editor.

All I get when trying to open it is the spinning gray wheel. It never loads and opens.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

Thank you!

How can I get the embed form to work though for newsletters?
