Hi,

I use News Magazine style on my blog but i want make a center text category on header menu ( main )
how to do it with css?

Not make a menu but how to make center menu

If you want to center the menu you should choose a header style that provides a centered menu. There are 12 header style to choose from: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/

I want make the logo on left but the menu tab on middle ( center )

Yes, that is style 8 as I mentioned above. Simply change the header style in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/v2kwBToVTP

Well if the style 8 is not to your liking, choose a different one with the logo on the left: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ I; not sure how you want it DO none of the 12 header styles show the logo as you want it?
