I will like to open category page, when i click at category title.

Yes, that can be done, for this you need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/YUyxJ6c.jpg -> select the block and set the link here -> https://i.imgur.com/gh6ygin.png also if is set with widgets you need to set the links here -> https://i.imgur.com/zJjn6r6.png
