You can use a post template but please note that the spacing is given by gutenberg or what post editor you are using. For post appearance you can use the post templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

The single item is available only for the post template. For pages you will have to create your templates from scratch.
