Hello,
I am trying to upload a file that is 49.5MB and get a message: “Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.”
the max filesize should be 100MB
please help

Hi fleur,
Some times this problem appear because of the server configuration, if you want you can check our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and for your file you should make sure that you double the values that we recommend, after that save the changes, clear all cache and try again.
