Hello I”m using the latest version of the theme (though the previous version had the same issue), using the ‘text with title’ module. When I try to add an image in ‘edit content’, the media content does not load, and the gallery does not open. I’ve tested on my end and the feature seems to work well. Did you choose the tagdiv slide gallery? Check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
