Hi!
Everything is updated. The theme, the WP, everything. No errors on the server side too. But one thing is very problematic: I can’t upload a media. It gives “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”. In fact, when I navigate to dashboard > media > library, it it empty but it says “Showing 1 of 52 media items”.
I have tried 744, 755, etc from the file manager permissions. I have even contacted my server but every expert says to contact theme support.
Assistance required.

Hi, this doesn’t fix my issue. The problem is as follows, WordPress has updated itself to 5.9 version and my theme does not show the featured image upload button on the right side. If it actually appears, after many page refreshes, my category button disappears. It’s an issue with the update coming from wordpress and the theme. Now my questions: 1. Is there any other way I can tell the Newspapper theme to get the image from the body of the post and put it everywhere, where the featured image was or 2. Should I downgrade my wordpress version?
Hello @deckAdmin!
If this is happens while you edit normally the post in Classic or Gutenberg editor, then this issue is not coming from the Newspaper theme. The theme has no setting to set a featured image, only like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/.
Wordpress should fix this issue, so you can downgrade till the problem is solved.
Thank you!
