I encounter a very surprising bug. The mega menu won’t work unless i am connected to wp admin.
I have tried on three different browsers and it is always the same.
Nothing show when i connect on my website (http://www/lebonconstructeur.fr) until i connect myself to the back office.
Can you please help ?

I have checked your site and found that not only megamenu doesn’t work, also pagination and search( based on ajax). You also have error in console.
Please try this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active and also make sure you empty cache/purge files then check again.
Please also note that I have also checked this using the latest theme version (4.6.1) and found no issue so it should work in your case also, make sure that you also use the latest theme version and if not update your theme(use ftp method): https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/

I am trying to update some plugins but i cannot do it for visual composer. I am on 4.3.4 and it tells me that the 4.4.2 is available for donwload but i miss a valid key.
I have entered my Envato user name but i cannot fond a key for visual composer.
Ok. I have found. The problem comes from the plugin WP ROCKET, a cache plugin. Even if i desactivate it, the problem remains. But if i change the settings of the plugin, the theme works fine.

with others cache plugin, I’ve tested, really have not liked

Please also try this with all plugins disabled, also empty all caches/purge files (if you use CDN) then enable all of the one by one to see which one is causing issues.
We haven’t made any tests with the theme using this plugin so I can’t give you an accurate answer on this.
If the wp-rocket plugins turns out to cause this try going trough it’s settings as @Carel also stated above some settings cause issues.
Please also note that we recommend using W3 Total Cache use only Page Cache. (no database cache, no object cache, no javascript minify) and also please be sure that WordPress installation have enough resources to make the caches.

Like Lucian said we did not tested this plugin with the theme and we cannot provide an accurate solution. @Carel said something about if change the settings of the plugin here #38207 . You can try to change some plugin’s settings and see if this works. Sorry for inconvenience!
