any ideas?
thanks.
Hi,
I was unable to recreate this. Please make sure that you follow this guide to create a megamenu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/menus-newsmag/
Also please deactivate all plugins(maybe is a plugin conflict), leave only Visual Composer active, empty cache and check if the issue is still there.
If you still have this issue please provide a screenshot of megamenu settings. Let me know!
Thanks!
HI,
There are 8 sub-categories in parent category “Racing” and 9 posts was totally. Up to this point, no problem.
But when I write 10th post and add it to sub-category, the posts are displayed vertically as follows :

Hi,
I also tested this with 10 posts settings like you say that you have: http://screencast.com/t/khgmPc4nNcGD – http://screencast.com/t/W4pyhwMjQ
Result: http://screencast.com/t/3NJjPOnS – http://screencast.com/t/ATI01UPAD
Please make sure that you have this settings like above when you create megamenu. I tested this with latest version of theme(1.6) so please update your theme using this guide(FTP method): https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ also update the plugins that come with the theme files. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
Hello, thank you for the support.
I tried several things
1.updated “newmag theme (1.6)
2.created megamenu as indicated
http://cyclingpost.co.kr/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/스크린샷-2015-03-05-오후-3.39.231.png
3.reduced number of sub-categories
4.reduced number of posts
the result is same.
Why should this happen?
Hi,
Please make sure that you update the theme properly you can check version that you have in Theme Panel: http://screencast.com/t/UVDafFra as I’m not sure why this is happens and I cannot recreate(now it is happens even with less posts). Also if your theme is updated please try again without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and check again.
If this still doesn’t solve your issue please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , paste a link to this conversation and provide wp-access so we will take a look.
Thanks!
