Megamenu

Hi,

The item with mega menu should not have sub-menus. If you select a category as mega menu and that category have sub-categories, all those sub-categories will be on you mega menu.

Like in documentation, if you choose lifestyle and the Category lifestyle have sub-categories like Beauty, Get inspired… all those will be there in mega menu. ttp://screencast.com/t/xAHHPmoIz
You don’t need to add then in menu as sub-menus.

Please try this without any plugins installed (leave only Visual Composer active). Also please update the theme if you are not using the latest theme version(1.4) and the Visual Composer(4.3.5) that comes with the theme and you can find it into the ../plugins folder. Follow this guide to update the theme and use ftp method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
Please also provide your site URL so we can also check this, some screenshots to show you set megamenu and categories.

I see you have set the mega menu right specifying though that this hasn’t been designed to be used for categories/subcategories used as sub-items, like you set it here: http://screencast.com/t/uBqD4hjDI7
The right use for it is to add the menu item which you set to use the mega menu directly in the menu, like this:

1. Unfortunately there is no option to place the subcategories on left side, you would need custom modifications. We cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
