my Megamenu is suddently not showing up anymore.
In the screenshot below the “Knowledge” text, would normally open up…Ichecked in Appereance and as expected (was not working on the menu), it’s everything ok.
Any idea?

tried but didn’t work. I purged also Cloudflare, didn’t work. I accessed the page with ?=nocache, but didn’t work either.
Just discovered that the issue arise due to a conflict with the plugin “Ultimate Members”. Whenever it is activated, the mega menu doesn’t work.

We are glad that you manage to find what is causing the problem, unfortunately, the “Ultimate Members” is not a tested plugin and we do not know how it is working and what is interfering with our theme.
If you want to use the “Ultimate Members” then you need to no longer use the mega menu, now, a plus is that without the mega menu, the website will be faster.

I would use Opt-in builder but as far as I understood (please correct if I am wrong) there is no way to “sync” the opted in contacts with email marketing tools/crms, right?
I am currently using the full zoho suite to send email, keep track of GDPR etc..

Unfortunately, you are right, there are no options to “sync” the opt-in contacts with email marketing tools/crms, sorry!
Maybe an alternative can be used, so you keep using the current members plugins and give up the mega menu (or better said, use a popup menu instead, and in the popup menu you can set whatever you want to be displayed).
