Megamenu stopped working

Hi Team –

I’ve been working on a site and the Megamenu was working before, yet not sure what happened, but it just stopped working. The website is and the Destination’s tab, should be a megamenu with the sub-category being ‘North America’.

Any ideas on what may be going on? I thought it was Chrome, but i tried on all browsers but it works.

Hi,

Please provide a link so we can take a look, also you can check this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue with megamenu. If you don’t please activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused this issue.

Thank you for your response. How funny, it was the W3 Total Cache that was causing the issue.

I’m not sure why it did, but it fixed it when I deactivated it!

Hi,

We tested and recommend for Newspaper 6 to use WP Super Cache – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ please try to use default settings so it should not create issues.
