The Menu on the website (kashmirpulse.com) is not working properly. When cursor is over any tab in the Menu, entire Menu is highlighted. Also, the Instagram widget used in the Footer of the website is also not working.
Additional Info: We use WP Rocket on the website.

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

The Menu issue was caused by Cache Plugin which is now resolved. However, the Instagram widget issue is still there.
