I can’t configure the “menu login” element; when I press the access or register button, nothing happens.

Hi,
That menu element is added by the plugin tagDiv Opt-in Builder and the page where to link can be added from the dashboard> Opt-in Builder > Subscription > Pages and under “Login/Register page” – https://i.imgur.com/YjypNgr.png you can search for your page or n case you do not have one you can generate one using the create wizard pages button.
