Hi, on my site I noticed a strange abnormality in the menu seen in the responsibe version (menu-mobile).
On the home page if I click on the mobile menu, everything works perfectly, but if within a category of my site or within an article and clicking on the menu, the screen shrinks (as it is set in the effect Of the template) but no menus appear.
My site has installed the Total Cache w3 plugin and I noticed that by disabling the plugin the menu is working properly in all functions.
As I set javascript load in footer and javascript minify, maybe that might be the problem. What is the javascript file that is loaded for the mobile menu? To exclude it from minify and asynchronous load.
Thanks so much
Hello,
Pleas only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We have not tested the w3 total cache plugin. It could also be another conflicting plugin so it’s best to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi, thank you for the answer, unfortunately I can not use wp-cache as it does not handle the varnish system on nginx optimally.
I can only exclude from the cache the functions that manage the menu.
In what file can I find them?
Thanks so much
The js files in our theme are found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/7GYqYOPT
2 for the main theme and 2 for the mobile theme.
Thanks.
Hi, unfortunately I could not solve the problem.
If I open my mobile site and click on the menu, get the errors listed. http://it.tinypic.com/r/2eztjlj/9
Do you have any idea how I can solve this?
Unfortunately i can not go to wp super cache because it does not handle well varnish.
Thank you
OK, This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If you still have issues with it afterwards, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
