I am currently testing a new hoster.
Now I get the following error message here

With my current hoster, the directory in the wp-admin folder does not exist. Is this only created temporarily?

If the basic theme requirements are met there should be no problem using the theme

The first error seems to point to a Sabai plugin from what I can see, the second one could be related. Try deactivating all plugins and check the results.
