Dear community,
We notice that the CALL TO ACTION components disappear when using a mobile device.
We made a page with BOTH a desktop & mobile template. In the TagDiv Mobile Template everything shows as desired (call to actions, article blocks, etc..), but when visiting the category page on an actual device, only the article blocks are shown.

The elements that disappear :
- The image blocks at the top of the page
- The CTA indicating you can win an A.S. Adventure coupon
- The CTA indicating you can download a checklist

Can you please help us sort this problem as we would very much like our CTA’s to show up for mobile visitors too.

Please make sure that all the TagDiv plugins are up to date, installed and active. (Standard Pack plugin also)
It seems that you use Mobile Theme plugin for the mobile version. As you know, the settings for this mobile version are in the Theme Panel.
After all this, if the problem occurs, then please provide how was before or if these changes are because of the update.

As for being up-to-date:
We just updated to Newspaper 11 (we keep up with the updates as closely as possible).
As for the Mobile Theme
Does the usage of the mobile theme overwrite the assigned mobile template?
(see screenshot https://ibb.co/wwcRF6J) We assigned this mobile template to the category ‘autovakantie’. But when visiting the page on a mobile device, we get a different design (I assume the Mobile Theme?).
As for how things were ‘before’
There is no before-situation. This is a new page created a few weeks ago in lieu of a summercampaign, but we noticed there are no Call To Actions coming through when viewing on a smartphone.

Using the mobile theme plugin your mobile pages and the responsive version will be overwritten.
