Hi. I am having trouble getting the mobile “hamburger” or “triple bar” menu working. Nothing happens when you click on it (either touch screen on mobile devices or PC browsers. All that happens is the webpage shrinks. Can you please help? Check website hd-report.com. Thank you.

Hello,

I verified your website and indeed the menu doesn’t work on mobile, but on browser works=> https://i.imgur.com/sgdRv0v.png
Please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict, usually, this problem is caused by a plugin that interferes with the theme or with something settings.

Thank you!

Does not work for me on Chrome or Safari. Do you have any suggestions for customizing the css that could help?

Hello,

The CSS is for style, not for functionality.
So, please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict.

Thank you!

Hello,

I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean by ” menu setup”, can you provide some more details?

Thank you!

I meant that I need to create just this one menu, and not two or more…

And that one will load on desktop and on mobile…right?

Hello,

Yes, if you set the same menu for mobile and desktop, this will be loaded.

Thank you!

Exact the same issue the OP was having here.

The mobile site looks fine but is completely useless without users being able to navigate.

Have tried disabling all plugins, emptying all caches and nothing works. Super frustrating because without this issue my site would actually be finished.

I click the hamburger menu in mobile and the page just shrinks a little but no navigation menu is displayed. Spent a few days trying to sort it and NOTHING!!!

Hello @SNB123,

Please provide the link to your website to inspect it.

Thank you!

I did not. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. I thought maybe Adsense header ads were conflicting but still have the same problem when disabled. It might have to do with the order in which 3rd party plug-ins or ads are loaded.

Hello!

This situation from the menu appears when your pages are not loading so fast. For example, I’ve checked your website @chabotjeff and the menu appears when the page is fully loaded. So, the problem there could be the time of loading. Please make a test also, wait some minutes and try to open your menu on desktop and mobile too.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

The Mobile menu is not loading on my site either – https://www.winnmediaskn.com/ – This seems to be a problem with almost EVERYONE but they keep giving us the run around about plugin conflict and that they have tested it and its working on their end. This is very poor support.

The Mobile menu is not loading on my site either stave.myprobet.com.

* I seems related to the caching plugin, but when I disable optimizations in that plugin it doesn’t help

This really seems to be a problem with a lot of people. so please let me know how can we fix it?!

Hi,

Please purge your cache and the OPcache from WP Rocket, and try again.
Also, please if you can do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the issue persists.

Thank you!

I purgeed cache and the OPcache from WP Rocket and it didn’t work.

What do you want to say:”Also, please if you can do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the issue persists.”?

Hello @infod99!

I’ve checked your website and your hamburger menu from mobile is working great.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

Thank you!
