My mobile home page in tagdiv composer and in phone mobile page is different how to solve this??

From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. And in mobile inner pages is same like desktop only home page for mobile is different.

Please check if you have installed Mobile Theme plugin, then uninstall it and see if the problem is still there.
If you don’t have Mobile Theme installed then you can create or upload your header and footer like I explained in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-footer-edit/
