My site installed tagDiv Mobile Theme and WP Fastest Cache plugins.
After Edit homepage and update.
If the first open homepage by PC Chrome Brower, the second time open homepage by iPhone, iPhone Safari display PC home page.
If the first open homepage by iPhone Safari, the second time open homepage by PC Chrome Brower, iPhone Safari display Mobile homepage.

Hi,
The mobile theme is sensitive when it comes to caching plugins. Issues can be present in combination with some caching plugins. Try using the WP Super Cache
