Mobile Menu not working

Hi,

I’ve activated the menu mobile plugin and also had enabled the mobile theme thru the theme panel but it didn’t come out as expected. Is there any other setting that i missed out?

Hello aktifje,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which could interfere with the theme and create a lot of unknown issues. To be sure, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please ensure that you have set it your mobile theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,

I had disable all plugin and just activate the original plugin that come with the updates files but still no luck. This problem occurred after upgrading to version 7.

To make things worst, i can’t view my page in smartphone if I activated the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin.

Hello aktifje,

Please ensure that you have cleared all your caches and purge your CDN files if you are using the CDN and test it again.
For your second problem, please notice that this is just the behaviour of this type of additional mobile theme plugin. If you have enabled the mobile theme, the pages will be displayed in the simple mode and you can only add your desired text which will appear on your mobile view. Please notice that this simple core for the mobile theme has been designed for a fast page loading, speed, clean content and relevant information. Also, if you are using the mobile theme, your home page will not display you the original page but only the big grid and the related articles because the Visual Composer not working for the mobile theme, though. If you do not want to have this behaviour for your mobile mode, you simply disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin from plugins area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/uoSa0R9CUL6

I’ve found the problematic plugin but after clearing all plugin and deactivate and reactivate this happen to my mobile view. Any suggestions why this happened? I already follow all step in the documentation

This will happen after deactivated mobile theme plugin.

The menu will rarely visible from the smartphone.

I’ve resolved the problem by deleting the old version Newspaper6 and replaced it with the new Newspaper7. Seems like if only download the patch will give more headache to troubleshoot the problem. Now my site is working great!!
