My site has stopped displaying the mobile menu, when I click it on mobile – it just displays “#” in the search bar after the domain name.
How do I fix this?

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This could be a plugin conflict. If the problem is still there, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.

I’ve just cleared the cache and checked on my phone again, the front page still doesn’t seem to be working with the menu on mobile. It doesn’t slide out, still just adds the “#” after http://www.domain.com/

There seems to be something wrong on the homepage. Maybe you have some custom code on it that makes the menu not work anymore. It seems to work fine on other devices. Please try to recreate the homege on another dummy page to test it out and see if it behaves the same. I have ran a dummy test and it loads fine, but the minute I add one of the blog post BLOCKS the menu stops working. So I think i’ve narrowed it down to the BLOCKS.
Ive sent the details to email you supplied.
Still not working and its started to really annoy me as people can’t get to the menu from the home page.
The menu is working on all other pages, its the home that it isn’t working on.
Like I said above, if I remove the blog post blocks it works… when I add them back in, it stops.

I replied you via email regarding this problem. It is a plugin related issue, not block related. Disable all your plugins except visual composer and check the menu. I have accessed your site and disabled all plugins and the menu worked as expected. I enabled your plugins again so your content added with plugins does not get removed.
