Mobile Pages don't work

Hi there!

We set live our new website yesterday night, but once it was live, we noticed that all the mobile pages were not visible. On different phones it showed the desktop version which is zero mobile friendly. (Homepage and our other importante pages).

We can’t seem to find WHERE to set these pages visible on mobile, as they are all created and apparently working correctly.

Is there any trick to set them live on mobile?

Thanks!

Hi Anamaria,

The website is offline, since we can’t set it live with the mobile pages not working – 90% of our traffic is mobile.

It’s https://www.justrealmoms.com.br. Would you need access to the dashboard?

We currently have not yet installed a cache pluin, as in the past it messed up our setups and was incompatible. Can you kindly suggest the best one to use with Newspaper?

We need this website live Today. please let me know what you need to make mobile pages work. Thanks!

ok, so we just ativated these 2 cache: autoptimize and nginx helper.

Guys, it did work, but I need to keep manually clicking CACHE so that the page keep its mobile version. And it disconfigures every 2-3 minutes.

Please advise on what Cache plugin actually works with Newspaper, as this has been an issue with mobile for the past 12 months using Newspaper.

Hello,

If you have the option to delete the cache, then you have a plugin for cache installed, maybe is from serve host.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, , please check if your cache plugin has an option for mobile version https://i.imgur.com/YkuXcG8.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/7WTiZN7.png

Thank you!

The hosting company I use, said that this WP Super Cache plugin is too heavy for the server – which sounds so strange.

They use Autoptimizze with a Nginx helper. What are your thoughts on these, please?

Hi,

The Autoptimize has a cache, as you can see here -> https://www.greengeeks.com/tutorials/clear-autoptimize-cache-wordpress/ and that is why that problem appears.

Thank you!

Hi Anamaria, sorry, I didn’t understand, I apologize. You recommended the WP Super Cache, which we have installed. And many mobile pages are incorrect when we open them – they do not load the Mobile page we’ve created.

We are not using the Autoptimize, I just mentioned what our the server used, but I have changed to WP Super Cache.

What can we do regarding the mobile pages?

Hi justrealmoms, just make sure that you have set the setting for the cache plugin like in our guide and you have set the option for the mobile cache – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
In case the problem persists, please provide some screenshots of how it looks and how it should look.
Thank you!
