Mobile Plugin File not in Plugins

Just got Newspaper 7 and am uploading the theme. Went to install the mobile plugin and it’s not in the plugin folder like the documentation said it would be. Did they move it?

The plugins that come bundled with the theme including the mobile theme, are located in the plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/ and you should find them in the downloaded theme folder – https://www.screencast.com/t/7IbgttUf – https://www.screencast.com/t/7IbgttUf
