Site: Website fehnblogger
Hi there,
for inexplicable reasons, the mobile page occasionally shows the wrong header or a header without a menu or the desktop header and footer.
For 2 days I have been trying to find a solution and have read all the posts about this in the forum and tried everything that might “fit”.
Can any of you take a look and adjust it to work properly please?
This is what it should look like (without this white space – instead with an orange dividing line) – but the theme keeps getting the old footers / headers from somewhere. And it obviously cannot be changed or the changes are not adopted.

Also, I can’t get the logo to be in the middle above 🙁

Hello!
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the issue can be from a cache problem or a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Please try not to reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest.
Thank you!
Oh, sorry, I just noticed one mistake at a time. Please don’t get me wrong, you are doing an excellent job and on the other hand I am very satisfied with my second license. It’s just very frustrating to sit in front of the computer for 3 days and either sometimes see the mobile version on the desktop (if I’m not logged in) or the desktop version on the mobile phone (but only on the home page)
Here I had changed the template from Black Pro to Magazine Pro and colored it accordingly. Everything looks fine on the computer (as long as I’m logged in, sometimes even without logging in).
So far I’ve done the following:
– Read your documentation – as far as I can see, I did it as described there (and I had set it up beforehand, everything worked)
– All plugins deactivated and gradually reactivated
– Child theme deactivated and activated
– Cache deleted via FTP
– Cache deleted via plug-in “Super Cache” and “Autooptimize”
+++ the “old headers and footers” now seem to be gone +++
As soon as I open a post, everything is ok with the header and footer. Only the start page, it loads a desktop page on the phone. I used “create mobile site” as you described it.
When I use “edit mobile” everything looks normal (as it should).
Instead of posting articles, I’ve been trying for days to somehow solve the problem. But despite the documentation, I don’t know what to do next. I sit in front of it for hours, trying and not finding the fault. That’s why I turn to you, sure that’s just a catch somewhere, an attitude that I just can’t find (or am now so blind and frustrated that I keep overlooking it).
Hello!
Yes, I understand you. Please make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and Cpanel access, so we can investigate this issue and let you know what can be done there. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you. Let us know and we will gladly assist you.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
I don’t have cPanel, I sent the FTP access as well as a WP-ADMIN and a short explanation. Because everything is shown correctly on the post pages.
Only the start page is mixed up on the phone (desktop page) as well as in the browser (when I’m not logged in – Safari, Chrome, Firefox). The mobile version is then displayed there.
Many thx for your help!
Thomas
