Also, the revolution slider I bought and added as a plugin doesnt load more than 1 slide. Is this a known issue?

Always when in chrome you switch to a mobile viewport make sure that you refresh your page, so all the changes apply.
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Hello !
For the header logo: It appears that you’re using the responsive mode with a header template. You will have to open the header Manager and edit each view as you can see here you have 4 viewports: https://www.screencast.com/t/zjDsOqMMqU So you will have to activate each one and edit them accordingly with tagdiv composer. On mobile you will have to add the header logo, it looks that you’re missing that element.
For the revolution slider: Try and fix the corupt part first and then try again.
