Hello darel,
It seems to be a transitions issue which happens due to your untested plugins which you are using on your website, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XiysNqh6 Most likely, some of them interact with the theme core files and cause this type of problem. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello.
Ive disabled all the plugins except Visual Composer, Yoast SEO, WP Super Cache, tagDiv Social Counter, and the problem is still here.
I also removed all the ads (im trying everything now), still same thing :/.
Im going to update the theme now, hope it works.
EDIT:
Updated to 3.3 still turns blue. FeelsBadMan

Hello darel,
Please notice that our theme does not have this behavior, as you can see in our demo preview here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ Also, I have checked your website and I did not saw any problem with the blue screen. Also, if the problem is still there, you should check all your theme customizations or plugins. Try to revert the theme to the default state.
Thanks for the message!
I even got almost the same problem with your demo site, here’s the picture – http://i.imgur.com/ObiJHjX.png
Im using Android 4.3 version and its default browser, I know its old but some of my site visitors were reporting this problem and I wanted to check.
Android 5.0 works fine even on default browser.
I reported same similar problem with opera mini 6 months ago:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/3-0-update-broke-site-on-opera-mini/
Problem is newsmag is only compatible with the mainstream browsers and there is no interest on increasing compatibility beyond that.
The problem was resolved bij deleting 2 rules in the CSS-code:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-mobile-use-after-updating-to-3-0/
It still works for our website. After changing the CSS code, the complaints of visitors stopped.
Hello darel,
As I told you above, the problem happens due to your old version of Android. Try to update it to a newer version of it or also, try use another device and check the results. On my side, this problem does not appear, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
