i have installed theme at designposts.net
I have installed plugin of mobile theme as well. Sometimes, it displayed mobile version on iphone viewing it, sometime it displayed desktop version of newspaper, attached screenshot as reference of more understanding.

1)Please try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, empty your server cache (if you do not have any access to do it, please request this to your hosting provider) and then test it again and check the results.
2)Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
