Happens to me as well.

This issue happens when in incompatible plugin is active and the mobile theme cannot tie into the necessary code as the other plugin already uses it. Please deactivate all plugins and activate the mobile theme first. Then activate your other plugins afterwards.

Please try to make a new clean install with the latest version of the theme and install there all the required plugins and check the results. Please notice that all of these processes have to be done only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Try to clear all your caches and check the results. The latest version of Newspaper now is 7.1.1. Please try to update it to this version and please ensure that all of these processes have been made them via FTP. Try to clear the cache server and test it again.

I suspect your problem being from your untested plugins which could interfere with the theme and create a lot of unknown issues or could interfere between them and cause this issue. To be sure in this regard, please try to disable ALL the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. So, after this process, you will check and see if your problem is still there. Please notice that the theme is fully tested with the bundled plugins and work as properly, without any problems. Also, then you can install your plugin one by one and check which is the culprit.
