How i can use Top Grid and Latest article from mobile theme plugin on my custom pages for mobile theme? Because I want some page on mobile to looks same like Home Page on mobile. Thank you.

Once you activate the mobile theme plugin, the front page will be predefined. There will be a top grid displaying your featured posts and then a latest post section. More about the mobile theme here

The grid will only be displayed in the homepage, so will the latest articles section. Other mobile pages will have to be created with the mobile editor only.
This is meant to improve the performance of the website by keeping it as light as possible.
If you would be able to display grids and blocks on mobile pages, then there would be no purpose for the mobile plugin, it would be the same as without it.
