Mobile theme not converting VC shortcode

Hi,

Great theme, loving every minute of it.

Two things I’m having problems with. First is the mobile theme (which looks great), I notice that the short code for ‘blocks’ in Visual Composer don’t get converted and just show the short code. I don’t have the mobile theme activated right now because of that for a demonstration.

The site in question is an adult site to warn you: https://mobilevrxxx.com.

The second problem is, I have a block of direct HTML injected at the top of my posts to inject player codes to each post. When ever I browse my site, the slide-in of the next post slides in from the right to show the next post, but it’s garbled with the HTML injected code.

Thank you

Hello fliporium,

As you can see, please notice that this is the default state for out mobile theme and it does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode. Our new mobile theme has been designed to have very basic structure, clear and faster than the normal mobile responsive which support the Visual Composer. For more information about our new feature, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
For your second request, unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean. Please provide more details about this regard, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello fliporium,

This is the theme behaviour when your top of the post is existing a HTML code. Please notice that the theme will display the first characters (in you case -> the HTML code) as the excerpt and appear this situation. So, to avoid this, you will have to edit every post and add your desired text/title for each of them, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/rHiFt3dF9sv0 -> http://screencast.com/t/4cPX6FFsW

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your understanding!
