Hi, I have the the latest version 9.7.3 installed. Everything working fine except the Mobile Theme. Mobile theme is activated but not fully functional. Especially the MENU option; for an example; when I select a menu/sub-menu Quotes: and then it will only show BLANK PAGE and the FOOTER info, even though there are more than 15 articles in the quote category. On Desktops its fine no problem. Please help me fix the problem. Thank you in advance. Alam
Hi,
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
Also for the 3 blocks, you’ll need to have set same feature posts (that have set feature category) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QsJ6ppY4
If you want the responsive version and amp you should use this opinion -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jZct5ueBqOrb but if you have amp activate on pages you’ll need to create in Mobile editor a content for AMP version of page.
Let me know if you have more questions!
Calin – there are pages where I don’t want to re-create the content so I’ve “turned off” the mobile theme. However, on safari on mobile it still shows up blank: https://offmetro.com/ny/a-self-guided-brooklyn-graffiti-tour/. It is fine on Chrome.
Calin – I changed that page to use block editor and now it works. I’m having the problem on pages that use TD Composer. I am specifically trying to turn the mobile theme off but instead nothing shows up…
Tried this on Android+Iphone and also Chrome, Samsung Internet and Safari with the same result:
Hi Calin,
I manually purged my cache on WP and then tried opening in a private mobile browser … still nothing…when I “request desktop site” it works fine.
Note: I am only deactivating the mobile theme on specific pages not the entire site.. not sure if that makes a difference?
Hi,
Please make sure that the switch to responsive version stays in the position set by you, also please make a quick test and deactivate all non theme plugins and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
