Mobile Theme on Desktop View.

I am seeing mobile theme on while accessing website from desktops and laptops with having resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 1336 x 786 without zoomed in. http://imgur.com/a/5K7Pt

Hi,

It seems that the mobile style is loaded on some pages, instead of the desktop style. This could be caused by a plugin, or by the caching you are using. To see if it is a plugin you can try disabling all of them except the ones provided in the theme package, then check to see if the problem is solved.
In some cases the Total cache has proven to cause this kind of problem as well. It could be that it is not configured properly. You can try disabling it and see if that has any effect.

Yeah I am using W3 Total Cache Plugin. Can you suggest me it’s proper configuration or any alternative?

Hi,

There is no configuration guide that I could provide you for the Total Cache. The recommended caching plugin is the WP Super Cache with the configuration mentioned in this guide
