Hi,

Sorry for the incomplete message, there should be “Please update your tagDiv Mobile theme!”
Please go in Newspaper > Plugins and update and activate the Tag Div Mobile Theme.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi taita,

How exaclty you have updated your theme? Please ensure that you have properly done via FTP way according to our documentation and also, make sure that all of the old theme folders was overwritten when you update it. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, if the problem is still there, please remove the Mobile Theme plugin from your Plugins section and then, activate it again from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ky2hdaPidr0K

Thank you!

Having the same problem as well. Updated via FTP and updated all new plugins. Even deleted the Mobile Theme plugin via FTB and still receiving the error “This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme!
Please make sure you’ve updated the theme properly! Follow this guide.”

I am experiencing the same issue and have followed the suggestions and the error still displays. One thing that is different from the comments above is that the file wp-content/themes/Newspaper/wp_booster/external is failing in the FTP queue. This has happened three times with same result. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Had the same problem fixed by deleting the theme and installing it again and then installing the plugins! Manual uploading giving more problems!

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback! In that case, you should not make an overwrite to your old files sorry! You need to completely remove your old folder and add it the new one. You need to make a clean install from scratch to achieve good theme results.

Thank you!
