when I enter from my computer my entire website seems to be accessing from mobile!!. although i deactivated the mobile plug-in!! how is that possible, this is ridiculous

Hi,
That is a cache, using the mobile theme plugin, you need to use a cache plugin that recognize the two versions and know when to deliver them. We recommend Wp Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
