Mobile Version Broken After Update to 4.5

I think disabling and reenabling the cloud flare plugin may have solved this issue.

Caching is usually the culprit in most things like that. Always good idea to disable all caching before doing updates otherwise you end up loading mix of old stuff and new stuff, as you likely discovered. We had the same issue while running mod_pagespeed, and I learned my lesson on that 🙂
