Mobile version does not look like the one in composer – please help

Hi,

I recently purchased the newspaper theme and used gossip pro as a starting point. However, when I view the website on mobile, it does not look the same for posts as the one shown in TD Composer. What am I doing wrong?

Also, for some reason the author picture shows in the author section, but it doesn’t show in the post section. Please help here as well.

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
