It has just been brought to my attention that the mb version is no longer working on the website

I am confused when I went in to look it tells me to create an new page.
When I try this it ends up being blank on mb version.

It looks like your website is running Mobile theme at the moment.
If you don’t have content on your page you need to create the page using the mobile editor as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello I just found out when I opened my website with incognito mode mobile page is not working, then I borrow phone to someone and still the mobile page doesnt work. please help me guys

Hello!
If you need Mobile Theme, then you should install the Mobile Theme plugin.
If you want a responsive version of your website which is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme.
Also, you can create mobile pages and assign for your mobile version, so your mobile version will display a design how you built in mobile pages.
Better delete your cache(also from your browser) and see the results.
