I am setting up the website and the homepage in the mobile version is not similar to the desktop version.

Hi,
The mobile version is not the same like the desktop when the mobile theme plugin is used. To have the same layout on mobile like on desktop, use the mobile theme plugin only for ump, or disable the plugin.
