The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

If you want to have the same version on mobile device you can use the responsive version (do not use the mobile theme plugin). But if you want to use the mobile theme plugin, you need to know that this is a different theme only for mobile devices, therefore we added an option in case you want to use the plugin only for mobile, amp or for both -> https://i.imgur.com/zIGFysW.png in case that you want to have the responsive version of desktop on mobile, you can use on pages and posts this individual option from mobile theme, for this you need to open the page (in this case homepage) in Gutenberg editor and click on mobile icon and make these settings-> https://i.imgur.com/hRCp8y2.png the mobile editor is only for pages, to set the content for the mobile theme if you do not use the responsive version.

im Not using the mobile Theme plugin at all,
My website still showing mobile version from my previews demo, even though I have installed the Pulses PRO, so in desktop it’s showing the Pulses but in mobile it’s different.
