Mobile view on desktop. Is it a bug?

Hi,

My site: https://news.tradimo.com/
When you are not signed in and visiting the website from the desktop it will be like this: https://imgur.com/DdX5VMk
And here is how it looks when you are signed in: https://imgur.com/hR0ppb0

Is it a bug that the theme is showing it like this?

I can add that it works as expected only when I activate the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper”.

This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
