Hi Guys, We are very happy with the theme. And our problem now is: A few days ago the visitor counter stopped counting visits from mobile users. We dont have mobile theme or AMP activated.

If you don’t have mobile theme or amp then your Website runs on the responsive type of the theme. That view counter is the one from desktop version. Please make sure to clear your cache.

Hi Vlad, thanks for your quick answer. We are using w3 total cache. I purge all the cache and apparently it is already counting. But my question is, how can we assure that always will be counting the visits? thanks a lot!

You will have to make sure that your website does not hold cache. That is helpful in a lot of ways, not only for the counters.
