In fact I tried to add banners (“ad box” with “header ad”) and when I try to save it goes in infinite loop!

if it is not possible to modify the template (absurd limitation in my humble opinion) why enable it in visualization?

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I solved the problem of activating the theme by resetting the license key in “system state”. The problem remains regarding the modification of the header template : below is the link of the screenshot.

About the requirements, the only one not satisfied is the version of php which is 5.7 but I have also tried it on a domain with php 7.3.17. The result is the same for both problmes §(modification of the header template and activating of the theme):
