modifying footer

I cannot figure out how to edit/modify the footer. There are “editor picks” and “popular posts”. Where do I find those in the editor?

Hi,

“editor picks” and “popular posts” are widgets. Go to appearance>widgets in the wordpress menu and you’ll find the sidebar and the “footer-bars”, you can assign any widgets to the footer or place those “editor picks” and “popular posts” in the sidebar as well.

Hi rayarasmussen,

I’ve checked your site and i saw that you are using footer style 1. This kind of footer style has as default this widgets “editor picks”,“popular posts” and “popular category”. I suggest to use another footer style, as footer style 5 and you can set it as you want. In Wp panel->appearance->widgets you can see Footer 1,2,3 and you can assign any widgets to the footer, like this: http://screencast.com/t/r4oTfqHCaOkm
